  Well maintained trail. Lots of shady sections. Would have given a 5 but would need more public restrooms for that.

  Amazing place to run, walk, bike. There are parking areas along the trail, and many points of interest to break at, including softball fields and playgrounds. There's at least 2 bike shops right off the trail, one at Lake Mary and one at Altamonte Springs, as well as food and convenience stores at major interchanges. Plan accordingly for small children, it is a long trail and facilities are spread a few miles apart.
