  If you like LEMONade, this is the place for you! My husband and I bought a 2007 Jetta from MM. We test drove the car and everything seemed okay. However, ON THE DRIVE HOME, we noticed that it began having trouble shifting gears. We immediately went back and he was closed for the day. We went back again the following day to see what could be done and Dan could do nothing but send us over to HIS mechanic who conveniently found nothing. But clearly something was VERY wrong with this car BEFORE we drove it off the lot. After taking it to another mechanic, we found out that it needs a new transmission and something else equally as expensive. When we confronted Dan about this, he simply said that this wouldn't turn out to be a happy ending for us. He wouldn't help or take any responsibility for knowing the car had BIG issues. He did offer to buy it back from us at a fraction of what we had just paid a couple of days ago AS LONG AS WE BOUGHT another car from him!!! Is he out of his mind!!! ?????!!!!! Dan, the owner, acts like a nice guy. He presents himself as a Christian man of integrity. However this is only when he is receiving money from you. As a believer in Jesus, I am appalled by his actions and ethics. I am saddened that others will interact with him and think that this is what a Christian is like. Shame on you Dan.
