  I took my cat there for an emergency, and despite the renovations being completed and the somewhat chaotic atmosphere, the staff were quick, competent and caring. I made the difficult decision to end my pet's suffering, and realized they had gone out of their way to ensure our last moments together were kept private by covering the window which prevented people in their lobby from seeing in the room. My first impressions that still had an impact during a heart breaking time in my life is that these people are truly the best and their hearts are in everything they do. R.I.P. Bacci
