  I cringe every time I see something is being delivered with UPS. Last month they LOST a package, which to this day has not been found. Luckily the vendor was able to promptly send a replacement...via UPS. *eye roll*
  
  Today, I am currently waiting on a package I ordered from Amazon on Saturday, with guaranteed 2 day delivery. I was notified on Monday that my package would be delivered the next day. By Tuesday afternoon, I get another notification that my package will be delivered Wednesday. Excuse me??? No! I paid extra to have this rush delivered! It is now 2:24pm and I still have not yet gotten my package. If that box is not at my door when I get home, someone is going to feel some serious rage.
  
  Mistakes and delayed packages all the time and there's NO ACCOUNTABILITY!!!! You only hear "I'm so sorry. There's nothing we can do." Uhhh...you could just do your job and get me my stuff when you said you would!
