    I'll be the most realistic review here as so many just keep saying, "great place" but the fact is, there are lots of great places in this area.

    The apartments are way over-priced. They were built in the 80s and it not only shows on the outside, but also on the inside. The ceilings are paper thin, so you hear EVERY single footstep from your neighbors... If they have a dog, you're doomed.

    Staff is nice, but maintenance is not very thorough. I've had to call them out for the same issues dozens of times because they simply put a bandaid over the issues instead of really fixing them.

    It is advertised as a pieceful community, however the complex itself is constantly doing projects, construction, tree trimming, lawn care, pressure washing, etc, etc... It's very noisy 50% of the time at least.

    There are no assigned parking spaces, so good parking is hard to find a lot of times.

    There's no valet trash, and paying $1300+ for a 2 bedroom apartment doesn't justify lugging gross trash over in your car.

    It's a very pretty area, but like the rest of Orlando, very overpopulated.

    All in all, I would not recommend it based on price. If it were in the $900 range, I would.
