  I went today for an oil change and tire rotation as I have done every time since I bought my new Mazda almost 4 yrs ago. I let them know that the driver side rear tire had not been patched up like I had paid for 2 trips ago and I have had to continually check and put air into it. I was assured this time it would be corrected, just like they assured me last time. Upon leaving the dealership I notice the check tire pressure light is still on. I went to check the pressure and found the front tire 6 over the max allowed for the tire, which can cause it to blow and the same driver side rear tire very low on air pressure (19) showing me they not only didn't patch it yet again, but also didn't even rotate my tires. This may explain why I was in and out much faster then normal. It makes me feel as if since I didn't want to buy new tires or pay $200 to change my brakes there they didn't care about taking care of my car properly. Mind you I am paying for the services out of pocket and driving 45 min to and from the dealership to have the oil changed and tire rotation done because I always figured no place would take better care of my car. Definitely don't feel that way anymore. Once this car is paid off I think it will be time to go else where for my next car.
